By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking or using our website.
Service Description
Fraydel Homestay, located in Kasarkod, Honnavar, Karnataka, offers a unique coastal vibe homestay experience with various accommodations suitable for different group sizes. Our services include providing comfortable rooms in 3 different categories, amenities such as unlimited WiFi, TV, AC, 24/7 water supply, water heaters, free parking, a bonfire area. We also offer additional services such as Boating, 2 Wheeler rentals, Self drive cars, Cabs & Autos via our website.
Booking and Payment Terms

Advance Payment: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through Cash, UPI, Debit card, Credit Card, and Bank transfer only.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after the advance payment is processed.

If any information in the email jfzbusiness@gmail.com is not as per the discussion, immediately contact 7558624224 for correction.
Your accommodation will be scheduled as per email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel their booking at least two weeks before the arrival date.

Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be provided if the booking is canceled at least one week before the arrival date.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than one week before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Check-In Time: Any time after 11:00 AM.

Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: This may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The due amount will be collected during the check-in process with listed gov. ID via a web link.

International guests are requested to share a soft copy & display a hard copy of their passport.

If the total number of guests varies on the check-in date, additional charges will be: Age 1 - 4 (No Charges. Max. 2 babies),
Age 4 - 17 ( INR 600/-), 17 - Above (INR - 1000)* Delay in Checkout post 10:00 AM there will be a fine of INR 1000/-
Guest Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to keep their rooms clean and tidy throughout their stay.

Shifting furniture is strictly prohibited.

Guests must not damage property or harm the plants in the garden.

Any damages caused by guests will be subject to a repair or replacement fee.

Visitors are not allowed inside the room*

Requests made for arrangements (Beverages any other) during the stay will be added to service charges and included under the final checkout bill.

Kindly keep the property clean & drop your waste in the dustbin.

Kindly maintain silence after 23:00.

No Smoking inside the property. (Kindly use the terrace or balcony).

Wet food is strictly not allowed inside rooms. Any food stain found over towels, blankets, walls, pillows, or on the bed INR 1500/- will be charged per damage.

Ensure guests with infants use a cover on the bed (a penalty of INR1000/- will be charged) if there is a stain on the bed.

Don't use Iron on the bed. An iron table is available at the property in the common area. In case of any damage INR1500/- will be charged.

Kindly park your vehicle inside the compound by 22:00 IST. (We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle if the vehicle is parked overnight at the visitor's area).

Driver accommodation is strictly not available for free*. (INR 1000 will be charged).
-
Extra bedsheets, towels, Soaps & blankets if required, additional fees will be charged*.

If you lose the room key INR 500/- will be charged.
Liability Limitations

Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. We encourage guests to take care of their valuables.

While we ensure a safe environment within the homestay premises, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur outside our property boundaries.
Food Arrangements & Facility

For special food arrangements inform property owners as early as possible.
-
Food at the property can be ordered via JFZ Official Website provided post-room booking.
-
Breakfast will be provided post 08:00. ( If included in the package)
About Property

Don't explore the doors, other guests might get disturbed.

Property uses Inverter backup - On power cuts, only AC might not work
-
Use water carefully. The property Gyeser in all the rooms.

House is integrated with Google smart features. Don't turn off any lights outside your room - devices/lights are remotely operated.
-
Property is monitored 24 hours under CCTV surveillance.
-
If you use a refrigerator please take back only what belongs to you.
-
No drying clothes inside the room.
